Delete your TCG Tracker AU account
In the app (fastest)
- Open TCG Tracker AU and sign in.
- Tap Menu, then Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Your account and its data are removed straight away.
Or ask us to do it
Email support@tcgtrackerapp.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. We delete it within 48 hours and reply to confirm. You don't need the app installed.
Have Pro? Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription, because the store handles billing.
What gets deleted
- Your email address and sign-in
- Your alert preferences and push notification token
- Your competition entries and any saved automatic-entry details
- Your logs: alert taps, Potion ads watched, and crash reports
- Your Pro, pass and promo code records
What we keep
Nothing, unless the account was banned for abuse, threats or breaking competition rules. Then we keep a small record (the email address, phone number, account ID or IP address involved) only to stop the same person coming back. See section 8 of the privacy policy.
A few things live only on your phone, such as your wishlist and display settings. Uninstall the app to remove them.
If you joined the price stand waitlist on this website, that email isn't linked to your account. Email us and we'll remove it.
